The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) held the second series of the Edu-Hack podcast on 12 May 2020 with Connectivity and Networks as the topic of the discussion. This episode featured four panel members, two of which came from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), from a telecommunication service provider, and two from the Education Sector. The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Master of Public Management (MPM) program developed a free online course specifically for  public servants to hone skills and improve knowledge on how LGUs can work together in achieving common goals. This is the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Interlocal Cooperation (ILC).  The MOOC on ILC has four modules that will last for three weeks each. Amidst the threat of COVID-19, 12  University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) students continued to heed the call of volunteerism across the country. The COVID-19 pandemic has created such a disruption in our lives. But as affected as we may be, we still find ways to rise above the situation.  So, in response to the clamor of shifting to online teaching and learning due to this crisis, the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) has initiated a number of efforts to aid Philippine education institutions. DILG endorses UPOU MPM’s MOOC on Inter-Local Cooperation The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) has formally endorsed the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Interlocal Cooperation (ILC) of the Master of Public Management (MPM) Program. DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-069 signed by Sec. Eduardo M.
