FMDS-UPOU Produces 20 New Environmental Planners

The Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) congratulates the 20 graduates of the Diploma in Land Use Planning (DLUP) Program who are among the 115 passers out of the 166 examinees in the July 2023 Environmental Planner Licensure Examination (EnPLE).

The following DLUP graduates are now licensed environmental planners: Nehemiah M. Agcaoili, Jacqueline C. Baldovi, Meinrado Q. Banaag, Jr., Chantelle Dane A. Bausing, Shaquile L. Buraga, Mark Son Q. Cudal, Inigo Marzen A. Espeleta, Mark Jacob D. Espineli, Joseph Victor F. Fresnoza, Michelle I. Gensaya, Arthur J. Lagbas, Shamah R. Reynaldo, Jesson T. Rivera, Keith Glenn V. Sabbun, Gela Rushane S. Sale, Marilyn J. Toca, Socrates M. Mariano, Rowell L. Panuncial, Reynaldo S. Bermudez, Jr., and Keven G. Opaon.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) annually conducts the EnPLE in accordance with Republic Act 10587, also known as the Environmental Planning Act of 2013, which aims to regulate the practice of environmental planning.
