Call for Application: Chinese Government Scholarship-ASEAN University Network (China-AUN) Program

The 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩-𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 (𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚-𝐀𝐔𝐍) 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 is now accepting applicants for AY 2024-2025. There are 30 scholarships offered annually, and the scholarship supports graduate students.

To be eligible, the applicant must:
1. Be a citizen of an ASEAN member country (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam);
2. Be in good health both mentally and physically;
3. Be under the age of 35 if holder of a Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record;
4. Be under the age of 40 if holder of a Master’s degree with an excellent academic record;
5. Have passed the Hanyu Shuiping Kaosh (HSK) Level 4 when applying for a Chinese-taught postgraduate degree; *𝘏𝘚𝘒 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘢𝘴 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯 𝘓𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭 𝘌𝘹𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯*
6. Have acquired IELTS or TOEFL when applying for English-taught postgraduate degree;
7. Meet the admission requirements of the university of preference in terms of language proficiency and academic ability, among others, when applying for a program taught in a language other than Chinese.
