The Office of the University Registrar-UP Open University is pleased to announce that the following academic processes are now accessible via the AIMS Student Portal (https://our.upou.edu.ph/student):
1) Online Application for University Clearance
2) Online Request for Document System (ORDS)
These systems aim to facilitate students’ requests for documents and applications for clearance with integrated online payment. The systems shall also allow students to monitor the progress of their applications and requests through the Student Portal, reducing the need for email updates and follow-ups.
Students are requested to use these new features with care, ensuring they read the instructions thoroughly and confirm their eligibility before proceeding with their requests.
