The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) is thrilled to launch an enhanced version of its Virtual Reality (VR) Tour. This state-of-the-art initiative adds immersive 360-degree videos, offering a dynamic and interactive way for prospective students, alumni, and the global community to explore the university’s campus and resources.

Users can explore key locations across the campus, all from the comfort of their own homes. This cutting-edge technology allows users to feel as if they are physically present on campus, providing a more engaging and realistic exploration.

This innovative tour underscores UPOU’s commitment to making education accessible and inclusive. The VR tour is designed to be compatible with a wide range of devices, including VR headsets, smartphones, and standard computers, ensuring that users from diverse backgrounds can easily access the experience.

The launch of the VR tour marks a significant step towards the future of education. By utilizing 360-degree videos and images, we are not only enhancing the way prospective students and our community experience UPOU but also demonstrating our commitment to innovation and inclusivity.

The UPOU VR Tour 2024 will be available to the public on July 31. Prospective students, alumni, and educational partners are invited to explore the virtual campus and discover the unique opportunities UPOU has to offer.
