The UP Open University is collaborating with the Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU), the Hanoi Open University (HOU) and the Universitas Terbuka (UT) on a research entitled “ASEAN Food Culture An Interdisciplinary Approach – Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, And Indonesia” which aims to study the relationships between ASEAN people and their food practices in order to enhance the mutual understanding across the countries to promote cross-cultural acceptance.
