The second episode of OPEN Talk features Open Education Practice with Dr. Patricia B. Arinto, Dean, University of the Philippines Visayas-Tacloban College and Dr. Shelia R. Bonito, Dean, UP Manila College of Nursing as Resource Persons. The two deans are also Professors at the UP Open University.
