Virata School of Business, in cooperation with the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, invite UP Open University faculty, students and staff to a lecture by Dr. Niceto S. Poblador, PhD on 7 June 2021, 10AM-12 Noon, Monday via Zoom™. He will discuss about the “Function of Business in Modern Society”. The Department of Trade and Industry-11 Regional Director Ma. Belenda Q. Ambi and UP Diliman Professor Aliza Racelis will serve as Reactors.

Dr. Niceto S. Poblador is a retired Professor of Economics and Management of the University of the Philippines and one of the prime movers of the UP Mindanao School of Management.

🚀LOOK: CODTL Leads Comprehensive Training on ODeL Curriculum and Management for PSAThe UPOU Center for Open and Digital Teaching and Learning, capped a month-long facilitation of the Blended Training on Open and Distance e-Learning (ODeL) Curriculum, Technical Infrastructure Management, and Program Administration for the Philippine Statistics Authority. The training which began with a focus on the Community-based monitoring system (CBMS), later drew in staff from various PSA sub-units, each bringing their own expertise, reflecting how the agency is working together to strengthen its digital learning capacity and knowledge sharing across its diverse functions.
