Important Safety Reminders for the UPOU Online Registration for 2nd Semester AY 2019-2020*

For UPOU students who will be enrolling for 2nd Semester AY 2019-2020*, please take note of the following important safety reminders:

  • The Student Portal is currently on system maintenance and will have limited functionality at this time. Only the online registration is available for UPOU students who are eligible to enroll this second semester 2019-2020*. The online systems for document requests, applications for LOA/dropping/readmission, completion of EXT/removal of EXT, application for ID, and viewing of grades will not be available until further notice.

Document/ID requests, applications for LOA/dropping/readmission, completion of EXT/removal of DRP may be accomplished by downloading the applicable forms (https://registrar.upou.edu.ph/downloadable-forms/) and following the procedures for manual application described here https://registrar.upou.edu.ph/academic-procedures/

  • Only make payments to the UPOU’s authorized payment gateway system:

Please note that BPI is not among the authorized payment partner or gateway of UPOU. In the event that you have used a BPI fake site in your payment of tuition and other fees, please immediately change your username, password for BPI, and contact us through this email address: [email protected], as well as BPI through [email protected], and or call BPI Phonebanking at 89-100.

  • To ensure a safe and secure online transaction, ensure that the web address has the “https,” create strong passwords, opt for 2-step verification when available and refrain from clicking unfamiliar links and ads.

*Does not include AA, BES, BAMS, and GCDE/MDE students.
