The UPOU Quality Assurance Office (QAO) is looking for one (1) QA Project Staff for the Office of the Chancellor (OC).

Location: Los Baños, Laguna

Type: Contract of Services (COS)

General Task: The OC QA Project Staff is expected to assist with the QA initiatives of UPOU, particularly those involving the Office of the Chancellor.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree graduate

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom)

  • Research and data collection

  • Technical writing and report preparation

  • Attention to detail

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards

  • Data analysis

  • Organizational skills

  • Communication and facilitation skills
