This coming 5 May 2020, the Master of Public Management (MPM) Program Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) and the Association of Schools of Public Administration in the Philippines (ASPAP), Inc. will bring you a Let’s Talk it Over (LTiO) Session entitled “Crash Landing on ECQ: Crisis Leadership and Accountability in time of Covid-19”

The speaker will be Dr. Kristoffer B. Berse, the Director for Research and Creative Work of the UP Resilience Institute and an Assistant Professor from the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance.

The LTiO Series will be web streamed via networks.upou.edu.ph from 9:00 am to 10:30 am.
