OPEN Talk features depression and anxiety. Mental health concerns that have become more prominent as COVID-19 Pandemic spreads across the globe.

What is depression? Anxiety? Are there differences between the two? How can we protect our mental health during these trying times?

Dr. Dinah P. Nadera, the first resident psychiatrist of the UP Diliman Health Service, shall give us information about these and ways to protect our mental health.

Joining as moderator is Dr. Maria Rowena Raymundo, an Obstetrician-Gynecologic Surgeon, Infectious Disease Specialist, and Program Chair, Faculty of Education, UP Open University.
