Special Removal/Completion Examination for the grades of 4.0/EXT that lapsed during the 2nd Trimester/Semester AY 2019-2020 - University of the Philippines Open University

A special removal/completion examination for the grades of 4.0/EXT that lapsed during the Second Trimester/Semester AY 2019-2020 is scheduled on 20 June 2020.

Students who wish to take this examination may file a request on or before 31 May 2020 through the Application for Completion of EXT / Removal of 4.0 form. Coordination with OSA ([email protected]) is necessary once the request has been approved.

All other concerned students may take the examination until the First Trimester/First Semester AY2020-2021 as per UPOU’s advisory.
