From classrooms to coffee farms — UPOU Doctor in Sustainability (DSus) students are bringing digital innovation to Negros Island. In partnership with DOST-NIR, Varacco Coffee, and ThinnkFarm, they use IoT tools and data integration to empower local coffee farmers as farmer-scientists. This student-led initiative reflects UPOU’s commitment to honor, excellence, and service through tech-enabled, sustainable community development.
