Re: Submission of Application for Graduation for  Midyear Term and Third Trimester AY 2024–2025

In line with the University policy, “No Application, No Graduation” rule, all UPOU graduating students for the Mid-year term and the Third trimester AY 2024-2025 should submit their applications for graduation on or before the following deadlines:

  • June 21, 2025 – for Midyear Term, AY 2024–2025
  • July 12, 2025 – for Third Trimester, AY 2024–2025

All applications will undergo a thorough evaluation, and graduation will only be confirmed upon approval by the UP Board of Regents. Students will receive an official notification of their graduation from the Office of the University Registrar once their graduation has been approved.

Please note that students must be officially enrolled during the term in which they are applying and that submission of the application does not guarantee graduation. 

How to Apply For Graduation

  1. Download and complete the revised Application for Graduation and Data Privacy Consent Form. Please ensure that the correct expected term and academic year are indicated, and that all required information is properly completed in the Data Privacy Consent Form, including the signature and date signed. 
  2. Email the accomplished form to your respective Faculty Secretary’s Office and CC: [email protected]
  1. Use the subject line:
    Application for Graduation – [Your name: Last Name, First Name, Middle Name ]

All graduating students are strongly encouraged to comply with the requirements and deadlines to ensure a smooth and timely evaluation of their eligibility for graduation.

The latter half of Day 2 of the 7th AAWS Congress offered an enriching and vibrant blend of academic exchanges among onsite and online participants.The fourth and final plenary session featured Dr. Carolyn I. Sobritchea, AAWS Council Member and Professorial Lecturer at the UP Open University. Dr. Sobritchea discussed integrating women’s empowerment, diversity, and sustainability in shaping Asia’s future, with particular attention to climate justice and women’s leadership. Her presentation highlighted Sustainable Development Goal 13 and emphasized that climate solutions must be equitable, prioritize vulnerable communities, and embed gender equality in climate mitigation efforts. The session was moderated by Asst. Prof. Maria Lourdes T. Jarabe, PhD, RSW (UPOU).The third panel session centered on NGA & Development Partners, moderated by Asst. Prof. Jephte Muñez (UPOU), followed by the final panel, “Empowering Learning, Sustaining Inclusion: Democratizing Gender Discourse through ODeL and ASEAN Collaboration,” moderated by Asst.
