Sa pagtutulungan ng Sentro ng Wikang Filipino-UP Diliman (SWF-UPD) at Center for Open and Digital Teaching and Learning ng UP Open University (UPOU-CODTL), inihahatid ngayong Buwan ng Wika 2023 ang pilot episode ng online magazine show na talaSalitaan online: Talakayan sa Wikang Filipino, Akademya, at Bayan. Ang Talasalitaan ay regular na talakayan na isinasagawa ng Sentro ng Wikang Filipino-UP Diliman (SWF-UPD) na nagtatampok ng iba’t ibang paksa o isyu na may kaugnayan sa wikang Filipino mula sa iba’t ibang disipina. Nagbabanyuhay ito sa anyong online para sa maipahatid sa nakararami ang mga napapanahong usapin sa wikang Filipino at ang kaugnayan nito sa mga pangyayari sa akademya at bayan.

Para sa unang episode, magbibigay-tuon ang programa sa Palisi sa Wika sa Unibersidad ng Pilipinas. Tatlumpu’t apat na taon makalipas ang pagtatakda ng patakaran, kumusta na ang estado ng wikang Filipino sa UP? Ano ang kasalukuyang sitwasyong pangwika ng Unibersidad at ano-ano ang mga salik na nagbunsod ng ganitong kalagayan? Paano kaya mapag-iibayo pa ang pagsusulong ng wikang Filipino sa loob at labas ng UP?
