The MPM Program Chair is currently doing her Ph.D. research on “Capacity Development for Public Servants through Online Education: The Case of the MPM Program of the UPOU.”
The research will explore how online education works as a mechanism for the capacity development of public servants in the Philippines. Part of the study is to conduct an online survey to determine your experiences and competencies that you acquired as alumni on the MPM program and how the program can be improved. Your ideas and recommendations will be highly appreciated.

ASEAN identity through artistic expressions![]()
Today@UPOU: In celebration of the ASEAN Month, the UPOU Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS), in partnership with the UPOU Committee on Culture and Arts (CCA), held a ribbon-cutting ceremony today, 18 August 2025, to formally open the exhibit “Pangipaptok hi Nunhituwan: The Indigenous Built Heritage of Hungduan.” The event was held at the UPOU CCDL Auditorium in Los Baños, Laguna.![]()
The exhibit showcases curatorial views on indigenous heritage, showing how ASEAN is understood through everyday experiences and artistic expressions. Exhibit curator Dr. Consuelo DL. Habito shared insights into the curatorial approach, while the featured exhibitors were Mr. Clyde B. Pumihic and Asst. Prof. Regina Guimpatan-Gano of Ifugao State University.![]()
