The Office of Student Development Services (OSDS) is thrilled to announce the opening of applications for the UP Student Wellness Subsidy Program (UP-SWS)!

 What is the UP-Student Wellness Subsidy (SWS) Program?

The UP-SWS Program is a grant to reduce the cost of prescribed medication and other mental health services. The subsidy covers a portion of the cost of medicines and professional services that mental health professionals prescribe.

Who is eligible to apply for the SWS Program?

All bonafide UPOU students (i.e., Students enrolled in Certificate Programs, Undergraduate Students, and Graduate Students) who were advised to seek professional help, treatment, and medications for their mental health condition.

 When is the deadline for submission of the application?

The deadline for the application is May 3, 2024 (Friday).
