UPOU Chancellor Speaks at 2020 Global MOOC Conference

Dr. Melinda dela Peña Bandalaria, Chancellor of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), was one of the speakers at the 2020 Global Massive Open Online Conference (MOOC) Conference held on 9-11 December 2020.
