UP alumni who graduate in 2025 and beyond will automatically receive an alumni email address ([email protected]). Please wait for a notification from the UP System IT Office, which will be sent to your existing UP email and/or your personal email. Please note that the alumni email address assigned to you is a separate account from your existing UP email ([email protected]).![]()

Your UP student email will remain active for one (1) year after graduation. It is strongly recommended to download and back up any important data or files within this period to avoid loss of access.![]()
