Cancellation of the Kanazawa University Short-Stay Program (Summer Course)

Kanazawa University has cancelled the Kanazawa University (KU) Short-Stay Program (Summer Program) originally scheduled for 22 June to 10 July 2020. In a letter sent to UPOU, the International Student Exchange Division of the KU International Relations Department said that the university decided to cancel the Summer Program to ensure the health and security of the students in light of the global COVID-19 crisis. Guidelines Regarding Entry and Exit Through UPOU Gate

In line with the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine, the following guidelines will be enforced regarding the entry and exit through the UPOU Gate: Only UPOU, UPLB and IRRI personnel who are authorized by their respective administrators will be allowed to enter and exit through the UPOU Gate; Only emergency life and death situations are exempted from this restriction. These guidelines will remain in effect from 18 March 2020 until further notice.
