INPHOTOS: UPOU Strengthens Administrative Leadership through OrientationThe UP Open University (UPOU), headed by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration (OVCFA) conducted an Orientation for new administrators on 30 April 2025 at the World Class Multimedia Production Building.
