The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is looking for one (1) Project Staff.

Contract of Service (1 June 2024 to October 2024)

Salary rate: 1,472.72 per day, with 20% premium

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree graduate
  • Good research and communication skills (Oral and Written) in English
  • Has skills in graphic design
  • Keen to details, analytical, can work with minimum supervision, and proficient in time management
  • Has knowledge in Office and Google applications
  • Willing to work at the UPOU headquarters in Los Baños, Laguna
The functions are as follows:
  1. Assist in planning, promoting, and executing activities;
  2. Assist student organizations with logistics and resource coordination for their activities;
  3. Manage the OSA helpdesk, providing prompt and helpful assistance to students with inquiries;
  4. Develop content for various publications, including website content, news articles, and social media; and
  5. Carry out other tasks as needed.
