The CASCADE Research Program under the Faculty of Information and Communication Studies (FICS) is seeking two (2) Project Staff for the EIDR project, “Advanced Chatbot Ecosystem for Comprehensive Student Support and Learning Experience.”

Project Staff – Communication
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Communication, Communication, or a closely related field
Competencies
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Communication research and analysis
- Stakeholder engagement and facilitation
- Knowledge organization, translation, and communication
- Basic understanding of AI and digital technologies, or a strong willingness to learn and work with AI-enabled tools
Other Preferred Qualifications
- Willingness to work at the UPOU Diliman office
- Familiarity with university administrative processes and pedagogical practices is an advantage
- Interest in the intersection of communication, AI, and higher education
Project Staff – Computer Science
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
Competencies
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Python programming
- Data processing and database management
- Familiarity with AI, LLM, and RAG concepts
- Software development and API integration
- Problem-solving skills and technical documentation
Other Preferred Qualifications
- Willingness to work at the UPOU Diliman office
- Familiarity with university administrative processes and pedagogical practices is an advantage
