For AY 2023-2024, the SLAS Online will support applications to the following learning assistance programs:
 Grants-in-Aid Program (GIAP) Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Donor-funded Scholarship ProgramsFor more information on these programs, visit https://slasonline.up.
NOTE:
Incoming freshmen are to apply on the next round of SLAS applications. The schedule for the 2nd batch will be announced soon.
While waiting for the processing of your SLAS applications, students are strongly recommended to opt for a 100% Tuition Fee Loan in order to be formally registered for the First Semester of the Academic Year 2023–2024.
Once tuition discount is approved, kindly request for a refund in your respective University Registrars. Don’t forget to indicate that you have a pending SLAS appeal as you provide an answer to the ‘Reason for Loan’ tab.

The Consortium is composed of eight higher learning institutions that offer open distance education in the country. These universities are Benguet State University, Cavite State University, Central Luzon State University, Dmmmsu Edu Ph, Ifugao State University, Mariano Marcos State University, John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University - Arevalo, Inc. and UP Open University (UPOU).![]()
