The Philippines Communication Society (PCS) has released the newest issue of the PCS Review with the theme Digital Communication Culture and University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) has made a big contribution.  UP Professor Emeritus and Former Chancellor of UPOU, Dr. Grace Javier Alfonso, is the guest editor for the 2020 issue as she curated seven articles on Digital Communication Culture. The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) will be holding its 25th Commencement Exercises this 11 December 2021 -- the last of the University of the Philippines (UP) System graduation rites for the year. All other seven UP Constituent Units (CUs) have held theirs starting the second quarter of the year.
